THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an ENGAGEMENT PLANNING SPECIALIST to our WELLBEING ENGAGEMENT team!

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Engagement, you will be a culture transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Gympass mission, acting also as a wellbeing culture transformational agent, advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, providers, and third parties.

This is a position inside the Global Marketing team responsible for executing our strategies locally and close to our clients.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Execute strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels
  • Deploy Gympass' global activation strategy in local markets and clients
  • Deploy Gympass' best practices and communication tools leveraging client channels
  • Support internal communication channels and HRs (Culture) Strategies in companies from different realities, sizes, sectors, and audiences
  • Support and train local CS teams on activation efforts
  • In partnership with the global and regional teams, support country demands and opportunities to leverage the execution
WHO YOU ARE
  • Work experience in related positions
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to work at a strategic level, but equally as happy getting your hands on
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Familiarity with wellness, fitness, and HR fields across the American and/or Latin American market is a plus
