About the Role

Based in São Paulo, the role involves underwriting Energy accounts, managing broker and client relationships, and engaging with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Growing the business and maintaining strong client and broker relationships.
• Analyzing coverage, exposures, wordings, premiums, and insurability of energy risks (power plants, pipelines, mining, oil & gas facilities, petrochemicals), preparing quotations, structuring programs, fac reinsurance, and offering proposals for leading or following business (new and renewals).
• Developing strategic relationships with brokers and clients to ensure proper documentation and grow the business.
• Coordinating cross‑selling opportunities within Corporate Solutions.
• Participating in special projects and contributing to team operations.
• Ensuring thorough documentation and clear communication with clients and brokers.
• Building and maintaining knowledge of the Brazil insurance market in respect of wording, insurance law and regulation as well as brokers and competitors.

• Availability for eventual business trips.
