The brand has moved past its early startup phase — now it's all about smooth, predictable operations, clean systems, and reliable execution. We're looking for an Operations Manager who thrives on structure, clarity, and accountability.

Someone who can bring order to moving parts, keep the team aligned, and make the business run like clockwork.

You Are :

Responsibilities :
  • Build and maintain clear operating systems across the business.
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations for both wholesale and e‑commerce channels.
  • Oversee order flow, inventory, and fulfillment with precision.
  • Manage 3PL and shipping logistics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain Shopify and wholesale platforms (products, pricing, SKUs, inventory).
  • Create and update SOPs for consistent, repeatable execution.
  • Own and manage the Asana board — tasks in, tracked, completed.
  • Monitor key operational metrics (order accuracy, timelines, inventory health).
  • Ensure the team and vendors stay aligned with operational standards.
Required Experience :
  • 4+ years of experience in operations.
  • 4+ years in e‑commerce; wholesale experience preferred.
  • Proven experience with Shopify, inventory management, and 3PL logistics.
  • Track record of leading remote teams and managing vendors.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills — you love clean systems.
  • Excellent English (written + verbal) — precision matters here.
