This position focuses on performance management, process optimization, and team development.

What you will do :

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and performance targets.

Use data and analytics to monitor Online Checkout Specialists' (OCSs) performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure the quality and consistency of OCSs' work through regular audits and feedback sessions.

Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing development support for new and existing OCSs.

Supervise and oversee daily operations of the OCS team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.

Monitor compliance with production discipline, internal policies, and operational guidelines.

Prepare and present performance and quality reports for management review.

Respond to staff inquiries, offering guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.

Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, boost productivity, and maintain high employee motivation.

Communicate updates on policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring the team remains informed and compliant.

What we expect from you :

Solid experience with Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive).

Proven management skills, including strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement.

Translation skills or knowledge of additional languages (a plus).
