Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Distributor Sales Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving excellent results in terms of distribution, identifying opportunities to improve capillarity and overall sell‑out, and ensuring the best distribution.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and execution plans with customers and partners to achieve Sell‑in, Sell‑thru & Sell‑Out Targets, Operational KPIs, S&OP, and ensure compliance with these targets.
  • Lead regular meetings with customers to present targets, KPIs, and define action plans to leverage results.
  • Maintain relationships with various areas that interact with customers, including Finance, Logistics, Sales Management, Legal, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales or trade marketing.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with distributors.
  • Power BI knowledge is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mindset and proficiency in analytics.
  • Proven project management and team collaboration skills.
  • Language: Advanced English is mandatory.
