Dow as a great opportunity for a Disbursement Analyst, based in São Paulo (Brazil)

About you and this role - What you would do in this role

You will be responsible to support the development and maintenance of PtP Procedures, deliver meaningful analysis and propose enhancements to the processes, prepare reports, monitor de KPIs metrics, support the disbursements analysts, address quickly critical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with 3rd party company that processes invoices and with stakeholders;
  • Run Manual Payments (critical and non-critical);
  • Support discussions on automatic payments (F110 transaction);
  • Monitor proposal rejections in the bank;
  • Monitor aged open items;
  • Manage the direct debit process;
  • Support the resolution of critical issues reported via tickets (L3);
  • Support payments in foreign currency;
  • Provide support to the entire Apay team related to Payments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Accounting, Finance, Business Management and Business Administration degrees are preferred; Experience supporting Procure, Apay, strategic sourcing, and Finance (Treasure / Tax).
  • Shared Services and Service Management experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in excel required, experienced with reporting and database tools a plus.
  • Mandatory experience with SAP ECC, and other enterprise wide Procurement systems.
Preferred Skills
  • Collaboration with stakeholders and stakeholder management skills are required; Good communication skills (oral, written and listening, facilitation); Organization and sense of urgency are mandatory to this role; Continuous Improvement skill, continuously seeking for opportunities to improve work processes; Analytical thinking and problem solving skills; Emotional intelligence and work under pressured are valued skills for this role.
