A leading media company is seeking a Director of Programming to manage movie development for Lifetime. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in programming, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt creatively. Candidates will be overseeing the movie development process, building relationships with industry professionals, and collaborating with internal teams. An annual salary range of $120,171 - $140,600, plus incentive, is offered for this position.
With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Global Media operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).
Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT.

The role: A+E Networks is seeking an experienced and collaborative creative executive to join the Lifetime Movie Programming team, developing movies for the global A+E brand, which includes Lifetime and LMN. The Director, Programming Lifetime will manage the development process of television movies from concept through post‑production, partnering with internal departments and external partners to deliver compelling, high‑quality films that align with the brands.
Annual Pay Range: $120,171 - $140,600
Annual Incentive Target: 17.50%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
