Job Description Summary
Director responsible for the delivery of highly complex cross‑disciplined technology programs that span multiple finance and tax organizations. Candidate will define and execute IT programs supporting the customization and configuration of ERP Tax and Finance systems according to local market, region, or country rules and requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manages risk and dependencies between organizations.
- Defines and implements processes for coordination and communication between organizations and GE Vernova stakeholders.
- Works closely with program teams to ensure deliverables are coordinated with corresponding deliverables from other organizations.
- Establishes governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.
- Tracks and monitors program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met and internal and external delivery commitments are met.
- Leads cross‑discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments.
- Ensures ongoing communication of progress against program objectives.
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge or experience in Computer Science or STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with significant experience.
Desired Characteristics
- Experienced with ERP configuration and customization for the purpose of platform localization; knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and/or SAP ERP platforms is desired.
