This is a unique opportunity to shape a new Shared Services Center, influence global finance operations, and prepare for a major ERP transformation in 2027. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with exposure to senior leadership and global stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance shared services team in Rio de Janeiro.
- Provide direct supervision to local staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational issues within the center.
- Oversee day-to-day operations for finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Global Billing, and other transactional activities.
- Ensure adherence to global policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Drive process efficiency and standardization in alignment with global frameworks.
- Maintain strong communication channels with regional business units and corporate headquarters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all global regions to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment with global standards.
- Manage dotted-line reporting relationships to ensure alignment with global process governance.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate, recommend, and assist with the implementation of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices and support global initiatives for finance transformation.
What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within a shared services or global business services environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Experience managing global teams and operations within multi-divisional, multinational corporate environments.

- Proven ability to design and implement shared services strategies that drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and alignment with strategic business priorities.
- Deep understanding of finance processes and internal controls.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English required.
- Experience with ERP systems, Oracle preferred, and process automation tools.
- Ability to travel occasionally to U.S. Headquarters.

- Direct Reports include all members of the Shared Services team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- Reports to Global Shared Services Leadership.
