We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Director, Customer Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in client liaison and managing the full end-to-end (E2E) revenue cycle. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue cycle processes and contributes to the overall financial health and success of the organization. As our Director of Customer Partner, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategic partnerships with key customers. Every day, you will develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $112,718.72 - $187,269.24 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%.
