Direct Response Video Editor (Remote - Brazil Preferred) $1,200-$1,400 USD / month + $250+ Monthly Performance Bonuses

We’re an 8‑figure DTC beauty & wellness brand generating $1M+ in monthly revenue through high‑volume, high‑converting video advertising. We need an elite video editor who understands direct response mechanics and can produce scroll‑stopping ads at scale.

Your work will directly drive sales across Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms—with immediate feedback from millions of impressions monthly.

What You’ll Actually Do

High‑Volume Ad Production (40‑60 ads / month): Transform raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b‑roll into persuasive short‑form ads (15‑90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers. You’ll work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously.

Master Direct Response Mechanics

Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds (pattern interrupts, bold claims, visual glitches)

Deploy engagement disruptors: kinetic typography, callout graphics, progress bars, emoji reactions

Optimize pacing for platform algorithms (Meta 9:16, YouTube Shorts)

A / B Test Visual Approaches Based on Performance Data

Post‑Production Excellence: Color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Your edits should feel polished but authentic—not overproduced.
