Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist for Latin America, you will lead regional marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, digital engagement, and sales enablement. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and impactful communication.

On a typical day, you will:
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across LATAM, including social media, SEO, and website management for 14 country sites.
  • Manage content creation, paid media campaigns, and ensure brand compliance across all platforms.
  • Oversee CRM and lead generation activities, analyzing KPIs and optimizing performance using tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Support sales enablement through training programs, playbooks, and performance reporting.
  • Plan and execute events, product launches, and trade shows, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Analysis and monitoring of key KPIs/ROI for the Digital Marketing project – Analytics for otis.com, blog, campaigns, landing pages, LinkedIn.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • 5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, My Business), CRM systems, and content management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI and multimedia editing are a plus.
  • Creative, innovative, and hands‑on professional with leadership and communication skills.
