Summary

The Digital and Operations Marketing Manager plays the role of driving sales and ensuring proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality.

He also manages all marketing operations with the focus of enabling efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with sales initiatives.

The Marketing Operations Manager also provides senior marketing managers with ongoing analysis reports for marketing investments, actively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the status of marketing initiatives, program ROI, consumer acquisition, consumer retention, and activity.

He additionally prepares and presents key marketing KPI insights and data on relevant marketing operations to the senior marketing management and executive marketing personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Planning & Strategy- Manage day-to-day business operations (e.g., resource allocation, budget management, data tracking) and identify and develop key marketing operations processes, governance, and Ways of working with 3rd Party's-
  • Accountable for the implementation with efficacy and consistently of the Brand Plans, marketing tactical plan (on / off) activities.
  • Work close with products managers and be the focal point to translate briefings and project / marketing needs for 3rd parties and Zoetis support functions (ZTD / OCPE / Regulatory / Legal / Finance / Data and Digital)-
  • Guarantee compliance with marketing internal process (Veeva Vault)-
  • Support marketing team and represent marketing in the Finance Zoetis Calendar through annual and quarterly planning (budget management).
  • Support Zoetis for the creation of the Marketing Performance review (On / Off), guide the marketing team focus on Growth Hacking strategy and data driven mindset.
  • Focal point for Digital Marketing implementation, Strategy and Performance Management.
  • Lead and Manage use and adoption of Zoetis Marketing Tech environment, content management (CMS), Marketing automation (SFMC).
  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of the marketing plan calendar (events / Media Plan / and etc.)-
  • Work with the Centre of Excellence (CoE)for ongoing support to ensure best practice is used.
  • Manage coordinator to support operational marketing activities
Qualifications
  • Must have a college and / or University degree-
  • Experience in communication, marketing and digital.
  • Strong marketing acumen : ability to synthesize customer, product and competitive trends into meaningful market-share and financial performance reporting-
  • Strong communication and presentation skills among various corporation levels-
  • Leadership skills-
  • Fluency in English-
