This role focuses on managing and optimizing the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, including Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM) functionalities.
It ensures seamless performance, digital asset governance, and exceptional digital experience delivery.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including content creators, marketers, developers, and stakeholders—the role streamlines workflows, integrates digital tools, and fosters an efficient platform ecosystem.
Additionally, the analyst supports Product Owners in overseeing digital service products from ideation to commercialization, advocating for customer needs, and contributing to product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
Work with Product Managers to develop clear requirements and drive new digital customer solutions into the market.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support ideation, development, and deployment of digital solutions aligned with business goals.
Lead cross-functional projects to refine concepts into structured IT requirements, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps.
Translate customer needs and market intelligence into actionable insights and technical specifications.
Develop and manage AEM platform functionalities, including workflows, metadata schemas, templates, and asset migration strategies.
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and UX teams to streamline content publishing processes and enhance user experience.
Support platform integrations with tools like Adobe Analytics, Target, and Workfront.
Collaborate with information architects and structure digital assets within AEM DAM, adhering to metadata standards, taxonomy, and governance best practices.
Oversee testing, define KPIs, and recommend enhancements to improve usability and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot user problems and partner with technical teams to minimize system disruptions.
Provide training, documentation, and support to system users to promote best practices and efficient utilization of AEM.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing AEM-supported applications with a deep understanding of the AEM platform.
Groom, prioritize, and coordinate backlog ticket resolution with the IT team, aligning with the release schedule and team capacity.
Work with the IT support team on AEM service-pack upgrades.
Provide ongoing support to business users and bridge communication with the tech team.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
Document requirements clearly through user stories, use cases, and functional descriptions with acceptance criteria.
Define test scenarios and write UAT test cases to verify functionalities.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT developers, and platform owners throughout the entire release process.
BS / MS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years in Business, Analytics, or Digital Product Management, with project / program management experience.
Proven expertise with AEM (Sites and DAM), including metadata standards, taxonomy, and workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot platform-related issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
Experience with DevOps practices.
Experience with AEM-specific development and customization, such as templates, components, and workflows.
Background in training and change management for platform adoption and governance initiatives.
Familiarity with AEM customization, front-end / back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java preferred), and Adobe product integrations (e.g., Analytics, Target).
Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to travel 5-10 %.
This job has a full-time weekly schedule and includes the option to work remotely.
