A leading clinical research organization in São Paulo is seeking a candidate to manage depot and production activities for Clinical Trial Materials. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking materials, performing quality control checks, and assisting in packaging and labeling. Candidates should possess interpersonal skills, basic English knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or relevant work experience is required. This role emphasizes teamwork and efficient task management.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of GxP guidance or willingness for education in GxP regulations.
• Basic understanding of the drug development and regulatory framework.
• Experience in warehouse support preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving and stocking of materials.
• Pick and pack Clinical Trial Materials.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Dispatch materials and assist in packaging.
• Manage warehouse production activities.

Work with depot team to perform depot and production activities related to handling of Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries and Lab kits.

Ensure compliance with relevant company SOPs, regulatory guidelines and departmental written procedures.

Key Accountabilities

• Role specific
• Receiving and stocking of materials
• Pick and pack and quality control of Clinical Trial Materials according to instruction
• Perform quality control checks
• Prepare for study documents
• Dispatch materials
• Assistance and execution in packaging and labeling including relabeling procedures
• Assistance in Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returns
• Execute regular cycle count and physical inventory
• All tasks related warehouse management including production activities
• Assistance and execution in Premise and Equipment general management
• Report any issue affecting quality and / or deviation
• Handle filing and archiving activities
• Follow internal and external (ie. Client) work flows and processes
• Strive to contribute to external and internal customer satisfaction
• Complete trainings in time
• Effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks

Skills

• Team player with very good interpersonal skills
