Director of Demand Generation Marketing - Brazil
As the Director of Demand Generation Marketing for Brazil, you wil report to the LATAM Demand generation and BDR Sr.
Director, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Acting as the primary marketing leader for the Brazilian market, you will align closely with Sales and Brazil's leadership team to ensure Marketing is a key strategic partner in achieving business goals.
This role also requires collaboration with the regional BDR leader to maximize pipeline contribution and enhance lead management processes.
As a people leader, you will be responsible for developing your team, coaching them to success, and fostering an environment where team members grow personally and professionally.
You will also represent Marketing as a trusted advisor and partner to internal stakeholders, advocating for regional needs while aligning with global marketing strategies.
