Responsibilities
  • Underwrites loans by analyzing business history, financials, and loan collateral.
  • Maintains loan relationship with a variety of customers by structuring and discussing recommended best loan plan.
  • Monitors department portfolio with up-to-date financials and ensures portfolio accuracy.
  • Reviews loan inquiries and responds to client requests in case the manager is absent.
  • Reviews past due reports and notes coming due.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or equivalent field. - Required.
  • 9+ years in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management. - Required.
  • Experience with Auto Syndications. - Preferred.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service – responds promptly to customer needs and interacts professionally with customers.
  • Extensive decision-making and analytical skills to evaluate information, determine risks, and consider the benefits.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with group presentations.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple files simultaneously.
  • Categorical understanding of the lending process and ability to prepare findings reports.
  • Ability to provide leadership in the market by mentoring less experienced team members and embracing change.
  • Takes initiative on projects and seeks alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation

Base Pay Range: Minimum: $82,500.00 USD; Maximum: $145,000.00 USD.
