- This is not an academic or purely advisory role.
- It combines strategy, design, and execution with a strong bias toward outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design and define the Data Services practice model including service offerings, delivery frameworks, and go‑to‑market approach.

- Partner closely with AI and engineering leaders to ensure data underpins all AI and digital engagements.
- Support pre‑sales and early client engagements with high‑impact advisory and solution design.
- Advise on hiring profiles, team structure, and future evolution of the data practice.
- Help transition the organization from reliance on external partners to a self‑sustaining internal data capability.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements
- Previous experience working for a consulting organization (mid‑size or global).
- Proven experience building or scaling a data practice, service offering, or consulting capability.
- 10+ years of experience leading or delivering data engineering, data architecture, analytics, or governance initiatives.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.

- Strong consulting mindset with experience creating reusable frameworks, accelerators, or IP.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, build‑from‑scratch environments.
- A pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach—outcomes over theory.
- Ability to work independently and own the evolution of a practice.
Note: There is no fixed technology stack. Tooling will be defined as the practice is built.
