A global technology firm located in Brazil is seeking a motivated individual to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical skills in data handling. Responsibilities include optimizing sales processes, enabling the sales team, and leading KPI reviews. Proficiency in BI tools and advanced English are mandatory. Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Build and maintain sales plans, forecasts, and performance dashboards aligned with business priorities.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize sales processes, tools, and operational workflows to improve scalability and efficiency.
Enable the sales team with training, playbooks, and resources to enhance productivity.
Lead KPI tracking and performance reviews, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and strategic execution.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in business strategy, sales operations, or consulting (experience in media platforms or digital industry preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently produce industry analysis and business insights.
Proficient in handling large data sets and using BI tools to generate executive reports.
High level of initiative, strong ownership mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
English: Advanced or Fluent (mandatory).
Previous experience in digital media, technology, or platform-based companies.
Experience with CRM systems, sales automation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of regional market dynamics in LATAM.
