Job Description :

We are seeking a highly analytical and business savvy Senior Data Analyst to drive insights and decision making for our financial products portfolio including credit analysis loans and credit cards

In this role you will combine data science expertise with business acumen to design data driven strategies optimize risk models and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product Risk and Technology teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics for credit risk, loan performance, and card usage
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks using Google Data Studio and Looker
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth or risk mitigation

Modeling Insights

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to build and validate predictive models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and customer segmentation
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning methods to improve decisionmaking in underwriting and portfolio management
• Translate complex data findings into clear actionable recommendations for business leaders
• Partner with Product Managers and Finance teams to align analytics with business objectives
• Present insights and strategies to senior stakeholders ensuring clarity and impact
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units fostering a datadriven culture

Required Qualifications

• Experience 5 years in data analytics or business analysis preferably in financial services
• Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field
• Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with Google BigQuery for largescale data processing
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics
• Business Skills
  • Deep understanding of credit products, risk management and financial KPIs
  • Ability to translate data insights into business strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks Scikit-learn, TensorFlow for credit risk modeling
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance e.g. Basel, GDPR and data governance in financial services
