Overview

You will be working with one of the most exciting insurance product of the industry. Your challenge would be developing the expansion of our business by building strong inside and outside networking to enhance growth and our firm's reputation in the D&O Insurance Market.

About the Role

You would be working very closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders. This includes joining forces with business' partners and other departments like sales, distribution, IT, Finance and service providers.

• Risk analysis and underwriting including assess clients’ background information and rating score.
• Data collection and streamlining
• Support senior members and stakeholders with slides, data gathering, writing reports, and maintaining databases, and data pipelines.
• Follow applicable insurance laws and regulations.
• Provide training to sales team across the country

About You

Essentials:

• Bachelor's degree is a must. Preferable options are Finance (Economics), Business (Administração de Empresas) or Law. Others are acceptable.
• Minimum three years of experience within the insurance industry
• Proven D&O insurance underwriting experience.
• Hands-on experience in product development.
• English proficiency.

Nice to Haves:

• Master's in Business, Economics, Corporate Law.
• Extended background in E&O Insurance
• Agile knowledge and certification
• Ambitious and energetic, seeking out new solutions and ways of working
