CrowdStrike is seeking a Customer Value Manager to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization and help drive the success of our Customer Value Management Office (CVMO). The CVMO is key to CrowdStrike's overall strategy of Delighting Our Customers.
Comprised of Customer Value Managers, the CVMO partners work with Prospects and Customers to deliver a guided path to verified outcomes rooted in their organizational priorities. CVMs play an integral role with the account team to lead strategic Value Proposal discussions, Executive Business Reviews (EQBRs) and coordinated Partnership Success Reviews (PSRs). These conversations ensure customers have a robust plan governing goal achievement as a CrowdStrike Customer, and a long-term, strategic plan for cyber security maturity and growth. CVMs will focus on giving key presentations to customers everywhere. They will highlight the benefits to customers and help them navigate their experience with CrowdStrike. This includes explaining our adjustable licensing model. The aim is to ensure customers fully benefit from their investment in CrowdStrike and minimize financial risks in their companies.
