A fast-growing outsourcing Customer Support company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. In this remote role, you will assist users through phone, tickets, and email while meeting quality standards and SLAs. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of prior experience in customer support and are proficient in Zendesk. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible Customer Support Specialist (Spanish, Italian, English) who will implement, develop, and maintain high-quality service standards for our customers.
OR from 10 : 00 AM to 07 : 00 PM CET.
Escalating complex cases to mentors or team leads when necessary.
You have 6+ months of experience in Customer Support.
You have a strong work ethic and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic business environment.
