Job Description

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Customer Support team:

  • Help customers have the best experience possible with our product by showing empathy and patience and being resilient when needed.
  • Support customers by communicating with them via emails and phone calls, and chats.
  • Demonstrate flexibility! You’ll be covering a variety of shifts - we work when our customers need us the most including early mornings, day times, afternoons, late evenings, weekends and public holidays as per business demand. We make our schedules in advance so you’ll be able to plan your time accordingly.
  • Go above and beyond the call of duty: solve problems working together with other teams.
  • Grow through mentoring and working with other teams, developing your skills and figuring out how to have an impact on our customers.
Qualifications
  • Your verbal and written English and French skills are excellent, communicating difficult concepts in an easy to understand way comes naturally to you (C1 level English and French).
  • Please note that candidates that are able to work on weekends will be prioritised.
  • You’re located already in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Must be legally authorised to work in Brazil.
  • You’re ready to work 36h per week, in a 5x2 model.
  • Are willing to work from the office everyday during the first month (training period).
  • You’re flexible and adaptable, open to working days, evenings and weekend shifts as well as public holidays.
  • You’re cool under pressure taking charge in challenging situations and keeping your composure if things get tense.
  • You’re able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - you understand that change is needed to both grow and learn but also work more efficiently.
  • You’re a team-player and understand that having a great working culture is everyone’s responsibility. You treat everyone with respect and always give a helping hand, and you let our values guide you.
Additional Information
  • Please apply by submitting your resume in English. Applications in Portuguese will not be considered.
  • This is a fully remote position after 1 month of in-person training.
  • Early shift (6,015 BRL/month + 7.5% language allowance): 6AM shift from 06:00 to 14:12 with a 1 hour lunch.
  • Night Shift (6,015 BRL/month + 20% salary increase + 7.5% language allowance): 3AM shift from 03:00 to 10:18 with a 1 hour lunch.
  • You must live in São Paulo and be legally authorized to work in Brazil.
