Qualificações

• Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse: Mindestens C1.
• Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise.
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit von Vorteil, aber Karrierewechsler sind ebenfalls willkommen.

Responsabilidades

• Diverse Positionen im Kundenservice: Verwaltung des Netzanschlusses, Schadensmanagement, Verwaltung des Stromzählerwechsels oder Social Media Management.
