A global multi-asset brokerage is seeking Customer Service Rockstars willing to relocate to Southeast Asia. You'll provide frontline support through various channels, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing queries and issues professionally. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the fintech sector. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive relocation support, including visa sponsorship. Fluency in English and Portuguese is crucial.

Qualificações

This is a unique opportunity for Customer Service Rockstars interested in living and developing a career in Southeast Asia: Malaysia or Thailand. The company will provide all necessary visa assistance and relocation support. During the visa processing, work remotely from your base country.

Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email.
  • Answer queries and resolve client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
  • Support documentation / administrative needs within the department and support translation for customer announcement notices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, highly preferred in crypto or fintech, but any industry is welcome.
  • Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated.
  • Experience in international settings and teams.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is MANDATORY.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a superb client focus.
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable, but not essential.
