This is a unique opportunity for Customer Service Rockstars interested in living and developing a career in Southeast Asia : Malaysia or Thailand . The company will provide all necessary visa assistance and relocation support. During the visa processing, work remotely from your base country.

Responsibilities :

• Provide frontline support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email.
• Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
• Supporting documentation / administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree, fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, highly preferred in crypto or fintech, but any industry is welcome.
• Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated.
• Experience in international settings and teams.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is MANDATORY
• Exceptional communication skills with a superb client focus.
• Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable, but not essential.
