Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.
Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
Patient, resilient, and skilled in de-escalating high-tension situations.
Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
