The role involves assisting with KYC verification and account security while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Candidates should be proficient in Portuguese and English, have online customer support experience, and be adept at de-escalating tense situations. This is a full-time remote position requiring adaptability to different shift schedules, including weekends and nights.

Qualificações

• Experience in online customer support roles.
• Understanding of derivatives trading terminology.
• Experience in finance or customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
• Assist customers with KYC verification and account security.
• Document and escalate customer issues with technical teams.
• Communicate platform announcements and risk alerts.
• Adapt to shift schedules and work weekends if required.
• Willing to work irregular hours including night shifts.

Conhecimentos

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
• Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
• Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
• Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

• Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
• Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
• Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
• Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
