A leading crypto exchange is seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries and assist customers with account-related issues. The ideal candidate will have online customer support experience and proficiency in tools such as Zendesk. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, and familiarity with Brazilian communication styles is preferred. This is a full-time remote position, enabling you to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts, as needed.

Qualificações

  • Experience in online customer support roles.
  • Ability to quickly learn derivatives trading terminology.
  • Experience in finance or customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, trading, payments.
  • Assist with KYC verification and account security setup.
  • Document customer issues and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Stay updated on trading rules and communicate platform announcements.
  • Adapt to shift schedules and work weekends as needed.

Conhecimentos

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
  • Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
  • Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
  • Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
  • Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
  • Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.
Requirements
  • Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
  • Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
  • Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
