A leading technology company located in Manaus is looking for a professional to manage the recruitment and training of new broadcasters and agents. You will also oversee existing agents, offering strategies to boost performance and increase engagement and income. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and experience in media or event planning. This role offers a salary range between R$4,000 and R$5,000 per month.

Qualificações

• Experience in livestreaming, media, event planning, TV station, or Internet business.
• Strong communication skills and active participation in team engagements.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and train new broadcasters and agents.
• Manage existing agents and suggest improvements for performance.
• Promote activities to increase broadcaster engagement and income.

Qualifications

1. With livestreaming, media, event planning, TV station or Internet business experience, similar job experience is preferred;
2. With excellent teamwork spirit, good at communication, active commitment, active feedback, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability
3. With management experience, be emotionally stable, and be well organized
