Responsibilities
- Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) objectives
- Conduct checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on CRM products and solutions
- Manage inventory and documentation related to patient registration and hospital requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and assist in obtaining purchase orders
Qualifications
- High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields; or
- Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; or
- Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications, such as Salesforce.com
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
