A multinational technology solutions company based in Brazil is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Credit & Collections team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership role, and will oversee global credit policies and ensure effective credit management. This is a strategic role requiring partnership with Sales and Finance to drive business growth while managing risks. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualificações

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls in a multinational environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing regional Credit & Collections team.
  • Define and govern global credit policies, limits, and controls.
  • Ensure effective credit management and collections to achieve cash flow targets.
  • Partner strategically with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation across the Order-to-Cash cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing regional Credit & Collections team with clear objectives and development plans.
  • Define and govern global credit policies, limits, and controls aligned with the company’s risk appetite.
  • Ensure effective credit management, collections, and dispute resolution to achieve DSO, overdue, and cash flow targets.
  • Partner strategically with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to balance risk management and business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives across the Order-to-Cash cycle.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management, collections strategies, and financial controls in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent English.
