A leading local marketing firm in Embu das Artes is seeking a Creative Production Lead to oversee and enhance the visual assets for numerous small businesses. You will manage a team of designers while ensuring high-quality standards in design execution. With more than 5 years in visual design and 2 years in leadership, you will benefit from a flexible, remote work environment that focuses on real impact for clients. This role presents a clear growth path to senior positions within the organization.
Ready to roll up your sleeves and help transform local marketing forever? At Olly Olly, we're blending technology and real‑world expertise to empower small businesses across the U.S. like never before.
We believe small businesses are the backbone of our economy. That's why we're on a mission to provide them with tools, strategies, and insights that help them rank higher, generate high-quality leads, get calls and reviews, and grow sustainably without the hassle.
The Olly Olly platform complements our hands‑on service perfectly: it's no‑nonsense, easy‑to‑use software that helps local businesses streamline operations, drive leads, and maximize revenue with minimal effort so they can focus on what they do best.
You have the eye. You can look at a website for five seconds and know whether it builds trust or destroys it. You see the logo that looks like a 2008 Fiverr special, the stock photo that screams “we didn’t try,” the typography that signals cheap. And it bothers you. Physically.
We're building a production team that creates websites, logos, and visual assets for 4,000+ local service businesses—contractors, plumbers, attorneys, HVAC companies. These businesses live or die by how professional they look online. Your job is to make sure everything we ship makes them look the best option in their market.
As a Creative Production Lead, you’ll manage a team of designers who assemble websites from content, photos, and structured data. You're not just assigning tickets. You're inspecting work daily, catching the details that kill credibility, coaching your team to see what you see, and refusing to let “good enough” out the door.
You can also do the work yourself. When a logo needs to be created or fixed, you’re not waiting for someone else. When a layout isn’t working, you can open the file and make it better. You lead by example because you're a designer first, manager second.
Quality is your obsession. You review completed work daily—not for completion, but for excellence. You catch the weak logo, the amateur photo crop, the layout that buries the CTA, the color palette that feels dated. Nothing ships unless it meets your standards.
You inspect, you coach, you elevate. You're providing specific feedback on real work: “This logo doesn't work because the type is fighting the icon.” “This hero image undermines trust—the lighting looks fake.” “This layout guides the eye away from what matters.” You're building your team's taste through detailed critiques.
You stay fluid. What looked great two years ago looks tired today. You're constantly studying what's working across industries, updating standards, killing approaches that stopped converting. When you spot a pattern that works, you train the team on it immediately.
You execute when needed. Logo needs a refresh? You can do it. Layout falling apart? You fix it. You're not above the work—you’re the best at it.
You run production, not a gallery. This is high‑volume. Your team handles hundreds of sites and thousands of updates monthly. You understand that speed and quality aren’t opposites—they require discipline, systems, and people who give a damn.
We're evolving from template‑driven agency work to genuinely differentiated design. You'll build a team culture where craft matters, where mediocrity gets rejected, and where the work actually helps small businesses compete.
At Olly Olly, we celebrate differences in background, culture, abilities, and perspectives because diversity drives innovation and creativity. Your voice matters here—and your unique perspective helps us shape the future of small business growth.
Given that this position requires English proficiency, we are only considering CVs provided in English. Thank you, and we look forward to your submission!
