New Business Coordinator - Agro-industrial The Business Development position will report directly to the CEO in Brazil and will play a key role in structuring and consolidating the department. The selected candidate will provide direct operational support to the CEO of the Brazil holding company, acting as a key interface for strategic and administrative coordination between the Japanese headquarters and local stakeholders. In this capacity, the role will be involved in matters related to corporate governance, compliance, financial planning, shareholder relations, and the strategic monitoring of investment projects in AGRO-INDUSTRIAL sector.
This hiring takes place at a strategic moment, as the company's projects have reached a phase that requires a higher level of diligence, coordination, and resource allocation to accelerate ongoing investments and enable new revenue streams by leveraging the group's global structure and capabilities.
The role operates in a greenfield context, with limited historical benchmarks in Brazil, which increases the complexity of structuring, governance, and execution with both local and international stakeholders. In this scenario, the department's mission is to translate the business plan into tangible operations in the short term (from zero to implementation) and, subsequently, to support the scaling and expansion of initiatives in Brazil and Latin America over the mid- to long-term horizon, with a strategic outlook toward 2030.
Support in drafting, revising, and tracking documentation to support management decisions
Attend various meetings and create minutes, share with attendees and validate common understanding
Contribute to the creation and monitoring of mid- and long-term strategic business plans
Collaborate in preparing financial projections, budgets, and funding strategies, in well aligned manner between HQ policies and local stakeholders
Support negotiation processes with banks and financial institutions for credit lines
Assist in risk control, compliance enforcement, and governance documentation
Translate and summarize corporate documents for communication with Japanese HQ and local partners
Track KPIs and business progress of ongoing and prospective investments, including SPVs
Participate in internal and external meetings, including HQ's and local stakeholders
Support due diligence processes related to new ventures and capital structure reviews
PC Skills: Intermediate or advanced skills on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
