• Expertise or deep familiarity with the website development process, ideally with WordPress
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, design tools (Figma), and project management tools (ClickUp)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience operating in a hybrid role as both Account Manager and Project Manager on smaller accounts
• Experience developing Statements of Work (SOWs) based on briefs or inputs from a sales team
• Familiarity with producing websites in WordPress and Drupal, including content management and plugin integration
