Position Overview

The Content Specialist at Bring IT is a central role within our multidisciplinary marketing engineering team.

The specialist will ideate, draft, and optimize content for every stage of the funnel, support distribution across internal and external channels, and leverage AI to accelerate research, writing, optimization, and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation for Funnel & Demand Generation

Customise content for ICPs, industries, and regional priorities using AI-driven structure.

Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, the website, HubSpot, email, and partner channels.

Align messaging, timing, and asset readiness across teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate actively with global marketing, content, digital channels, product, growth, and sales teams to support GTM actions and campaigns.

SEO, AEO, Website & Optimization

Apply SEO fundamentals and conduct keyword research to understand user behavior.

Recommend improvements based on performance signals.

Apply prompting best practices to ensure consistency, clarity, and a compelling voice.

Performance Tracking

Track KPIs using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and platform dashboards.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.

Operational Excellence

Maintain all content calendars, briefs, documentation, and workflows using Notion.

Organise, store, and manage assets, shared folders, and documentation through SharePoint.

Ensure structure, visibility, and version control across all assets and guarantee brand consistency and message alignment across all channels.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.

3+ years of B2B content experience in tech, SaaS, startups, or ERP.

Experience with HubSpot and WordPress.

Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and funnel stages.

Proven collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent writing skills and a proactive, data-driven approach.

Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

If located in Bogotá or São Paulo, availability to attend the office onsite.

Soft skills : highly communicative, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
