Commercial and New Business Executive - São Paulo, Brazil
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in our market through innovative sales approaches.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs to create and present commercial proposals offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
Key Stakeholders or Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to align on lead generation efforts and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to understand software functionalities and provide customer feedback for enhancements.
- Partner with the Customer Success Team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Legal Teams to handle contract negotiations and pricing structures.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in the enterprise software or SaaS industry, in the digital or print content supply chain.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, including consultative selling and contract negotiations.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of DALIM markets as described in introduction.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to understand and explain software functionalities to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS models, and digital transformation trends.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
