Global Insurance Services is a local independent insurance agency located in Boston, MA. We are searching for exceptional communicators to join our team and grow with us.

As an Independent Contractor for Global Insurance, you will have the opportunity for personal and financial growth. Our pay structure includes a monthly base pay of $1000 USD for 40 hours per week (overtime available) schedule is in Eastern Standard Time (EST) as well as bonuses that can average between 100-300 + There is no cap on bonus, so your hustle determines your salary!

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English & Portuguese) who’s passionate about helping organizations grow through high-quality assurance services and solutions. In your day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive Growth: Propose and close new contracts, meet and exceed revenue goals, and ensure client satisfaction in your territory.
  • Build Relationships: Engage with key decision-makers at small to mid-sized organizations to understand their needs and align our services to support their goals.
  • Prospect Like a Pro: Use a blended approach of outreach—social media, email, cold calling, and more—to grow and manage your sales funnel.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and field sales to identify new opportunities and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Stay Organized & Informed: Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce and stay up to date on our full suite of services.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a consultative inside sales role.
  • 1+ year of experience selling assurance services (a plus!).
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas and close deals with confidence.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, plus the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt and apply a structured sales methodology.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and verbal).

The Role

As a Senior SDR, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality opportunities for our Managing Director through proactive outbound outreach across multiple channels. Your mission: generate meaningful conversations with hiring leaders at mid-market companies (100–5,000 employees) across the U.S.

This role is high-volume, phone-led, and metrics-driven—best suited for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and knows how to position consulting services in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

  • Own the top of the funnel for all outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research and segment leads using ZoomInfo, Crelate, and LinkedIn Premium
  • Execute 100 –120+ cold calls/day, plus daily targeted emails and LinkedIn messaging
  • Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (typically VPs, Directors, and Founders)
  • Track activity and pipeline through SourceWhale and internal CRM systems
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and ICP alignment
  • Iterate and improve outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion data

What We\u2019re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of SDR experience in a B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting environment
  • Proven success generating meetings with mid-market U.S. clients
  • Mastery of cold calling and sales engagement tools (SourceWhale, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of professional services, especially in technology, product, or executive search
  • Confident, curious, and motivated by the challenge of breaking into new accounts
  • Comfortable with high daily activity targets and KPI-driven accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
