What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Represent the employer as a device specialist during surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and providing technical support
  • Manage patients through all phases of the clinical process and educate them on the features and benefits of the employer's products
  • Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics
  • Educate and train healthcare professionals on products and therapies through various instructional methods
  • Maintain inventory management for case coverage, ensuring timely transactions and compliance with quality policies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
  • Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Clinical experience with implantable neurological products and patient care
  • Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of basic reimbursement and healthcare environment
