What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Represent the employer as a device specialist during surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and providing technical support
- Manage patients through all phases of the clinical process and educate them on the features and benefits of the employer's products
- Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on products and therapies through various instructional methods
- Maintain inventory management for case coverage, ensuring timely transactions and compliance with quality policies
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
- Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Clinical experience with implantable neurological products and patient care
- Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of basic reimbursement and healthcare environment
