Medix Infusion provides personalized home and in suite infusion therapy services for patients with chronic or acute conditions. Our expert team is dedicated to making each patient’s journey as easy as possible. We provide medical infusion therapies, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectable and infusion treatments.

Our Mission: To connect chronically ill and high-acuity patients with infusion therapy by providing convenient, compassionate care within rural, suburban, and other under-served communities.

The Clinical Liaison will work closely with physicians, health care facilities, and case management professionals, to coordinate patient care transition from a hospital or healthcare facility. In addition to providing excellent care and education to the patients, they will also be responsible for overseeing existing accounts and fostering new referral opportunities.

The Clinical Liaison's duties include:

  • Provide patient education teaching sessions.
  • Proactively initiate discharge planning with case management to ensure seamless transition home.
  • Actively communicate, educate, and plan with referring facilities
  • Partner with Regional Sales Manager to execute account business growth plan, discuss opportunities, assess progress, and provide feedback.
  • Develop relationships and call on referral sources in person with appropriate hospital protocol.
  • Seek out new referral sources on a daily/weekly basis
  • Meet/Exceed monthly goals set forth by Regional Manager
  • Conduct assessment of patients selected by the hospital for home infusion care.
  • Complete and maintain all required reports.
  • Help collect any necessary documentation needed in the field

What you will need to be considered for this role:

  • Licensed (LVN/RN) with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Prior experience with customer relations within Sales and Marketing is preferred.
