Chief of Staff

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to be the CEO’s strategic partner—helping drive priorities, bring clarity and alignment across teams, and maximize effectiveness.

This is a career accelerator role : you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, with direct exposure to company decision-making, fundraising, growth, and operations. You’ll be embedded in the hardest challenges of scaling a high-growth fintech in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Strategic Execution & Decision Support

• Partner with the CEO to prioritize and drive the most critical company-wide initiatives.
• Dig into strategic questions—pricing, incentives, product-market fit, operational efficiency.
• Generate high-leverage insights from data, market research, and direct user feedback.
• Prepare decision frameworks, board materials, and briefing docs to enable fast, high-quality decisions.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Special Projects

• Act as a connector across Product, Marketing, Finance, Credit and Operations—ensuring priorities are clear and execution sharp.
• Identify and remove roadblocks, whether data gaps, misalignment, or process bottlenecks.
• Drive high-impact special projects—ranging from new product launches to operational improvements.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, bringing an enterprise-wide perspective.

CEO Leverage & Investor Communications

• Ensure the CEO’s time and focus are on the highest-leverage activities by filtering noise and structuring decisions.
• Craft crisp, compelling communications—internal memos, board decks, investor updates, and team announcements.
• Act as a sounding board : challenge assumptions, pressure-test ideas, and refine strategy.

Qualifications

We don’t expect a single “right” background, but you likely have :

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, VC / PE, or high-growth startups.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfort with SQL, Excel, Python and business metrics a plus.
• Proven track record of cross-functional project execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results in unstructured environments.
