Your role

As the CFO, you will assume a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring fiscal stability, and driving profitability.

Collaborating closely with esteemed C‑suite executives, including the CEO and COO, you will play a crucial part in steering the company towards continued success.

This is an unparalleled chance to lead financial operations, optimize resource allocation, and contribute significantly to Fab Glass and Mirror's journey as America's premier glass vendor.

Primary duties encompass budget planning, financial reporting, record‑keeping, and managing incoming and outgoing funds.

  • Create and implement strategies to optimize company spending and budgeting, while meticulously tracking financial flow.
  • Monitor cash inflows and outflows on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, borrowing processes, and associated reporting.
  • Perform treasury operations, including daily transaction processing for payables with reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for CEO review.
  • Recommend and execute financing and working capital improvement plans.
  • Prepare, present, and oversee financial budgets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, ensuring alignment with company goals and setting and enforcing budget goals.
  • Forecast financial needs throughout the year, providing monthly reports to the CEO.
  • Deliver financial summaries, reports and recommendations as required.
  • Complete any assigned regular or ad hoc reporting tasks.
