Carrier Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Carrier Sales Specialist to cultivate strong carrier relationships while negotiating and securing carriers to move customer freight and close new business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new and grow existing relationships to build a strong network of carrier partners
  • Procure and source carriers to successfully cover SFL freight
  • Utilize our technology platforms for market data, price negotiation and operational tasks
  • Identify consistent opportunities within carrier network and match with customer needs
  • Provide exceptional service with integrity and professionalism
Compensation

Base Salary plus Commission for each load booked, Generous Benefits

Qualifications
  • Strong dedication and assertiveness to succeed in the logistics industry
  • Ability to cold call and build rapport with carriers
  • Solid work ethic, resourceful, high energy with a sales mindset
  • Drive results independently and collaborate as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (could be a Senior graduating December 2025)
  • Experience in transportation or logistics industry helpful
