Team Overview

The Hunter team is a key growth engine for 99\’s B2B vertical, focused on opening new opportunities with strategic accounts. We identify and engage high-potential companies, building the foundation for long-term partnerships that transform corporate mobility in Brazil.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will support our acquisition strategy by prospecting and qualifying enterprise-level leads, creating new opportunities, and connecting decision-makers with 99\’s corporate mobility solutions. Your efforts will directly fuel revenue growth and expand our B2B impact.

Role Responsibilities
  • Research and prospect enterprise-level companies and strategic accounts.
  • Identify key decision-makers and initiate conversations at the executive level.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events).
  • Qualify opportunities based on fit, potential impact, and readiness to buy.
  • Book strategic meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and updated data in the CRM system.
  • Consistently exceed KPIs for outbound activity, meetings booked, and pipeline creation.
Role Qualifications
  • Previous experience in business development, outbound sales, or prospecting strategic accounts (B2B/SaaS preferred).
  • Strong executive communication skills, able to engage with C-level and decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities in complex sales cycles.
  • Resilient, proactive, and motivated to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of researching markets, accounts, and identifying trends.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mobility, technology, or corporate benefits markets is desirable.
