A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Business Development Representative to engage potential clients for U.S. companies. This remote role emphasizes cold calling, lead qualification, and effective communication. The ideal candidate possesses advanced English skills, experience with B2B outbound techniques, and strong research abilities. A related Bachelor's degree is a plus. The position offers industry-standard training and tools to succeed while allowing for personal strategies to improve processes.
What is our company? Lead Generation Hub (LGH) connects top-tier talent with growing U.S. companies by helping them build a high-quality pipeline. Our clients come to us because they need consistent, qualified meetings, and they stay because our process is intelligent, results-driven, and without any BS. What sets LGH apart is our selective, performance-based network. Everyone who joins us is rigorously evaluated through interviews and practical tests that measure real outbound ability, not only theory and whatever is on your resume. We care about what you can actually do. If you don't meet every requirement but truly believe you can perform at a high level, apply and reach out to us. We value grit, ownership, and confidence.
You’ll work remotely as a full-time or part-time Business Development Representative for U.S. companies. That means you won’t be prospecting for LGH itself, but for our clients. Your day-to-day will focus on identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers, all through outbound outreach. Cold calling is at the heart of our methodology, supported by social and email outreach. You’ll also run weekly pipeline reviews with clients to ensure alignment and progress. All the tools, training, and methodology will be provided. At the same time, we encourage you to bring your own experience, tactics, and learned strategies to do your job and improve the process.
Nice-to-have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
