Business Development Representative – Lead Generation (Remote)

What will you be doing as a BDR at LGH?

You’ll work remotely as a full‑time or part‑time Business Development Representative for U.S. companies. That means you won’t be prospecting for LGH itself, but for our clients. Your day‑to‑day will focus on identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision‑makers, all through outbound outreach. Cold calling is at the heart of our methodology, supported by social and email outreach. You’ll also run weekly pipeline reviews with clients to ensure alignment and progress. All the tools, training, and methodology will be provided. At the same time, we encourage you to bring your own experience, tactics, and learned strategies to do your job and improve the process.

Qualifications
  • Advanced English – You’ll be cold‑calling and selling in English every day.
  • Cold‑calling experience – You must have experience cold‑calling prospects outside of Brazil / LATAM, preferably to U.S. companies.
  • B2B outbound lead generation techniques – Proficiency with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, self‑managed work in a remote environment – Good time‑management skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for identifying and qualifying high‑value leads.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools.

Nice‑to‑have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

  • Can you walk into a bar or social event and talk to anyone while enjoying it?
  • Can you handle rejection all day and still pick up the phone with energy on the next call?
  • Can you sit in front of your computer and make calls, one after another, for hours?
Interview Steps
  1. Interview with a recruiter at LGH
  2. Panel interview with LGH leadership
  3. Speak to a sales psychologist (if necessary)
  4. Take a PAID practical assessment. This isn’t a simulation. You’ll have a few hours to build a live pipeline for a real LGH client. The session is paid ($7.00 USD / hour), and for most candidates, it lasts around 2 hours.
  5. Final Evaluation. Only candidates who pass every stage are invited into the LGH elite network. Once you’re in, we build your sales‑focused resume and represent you to our U.S. clients to help ensure a consistent stream of work and income.
