Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time remote position for a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will focus on identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meaningful meetings with decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach, building relationships with prospects, and utilizing innovative methods and tools to generate high-quality leads. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic lead nurturing and pipeline development.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and use creative strategies to engage prospects

  • Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools

Interview Steps

  2. Interview with 2-3 people (at one time) LGH Leadership
  3. Might speak to a sales psychologist
  4. Take a PAID practical $7.00USD per hour (2.5 hours for most)
