Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and support Industry solutions delivery as part of a professional services organization. This role offers the opportunity to influence delivery operations across three segments, provide strategic visibility, and lead process ownership for reporting enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Support typical business manager duties including Rhythm of Business (ROB) by scheduling meetings, preparing content for meetings, and creating decks for stakeholders.
  • Meet with content holders before they present during meetings and send reminders to ensure everything is submitted on time.
  • Manage weekly and monthly business reviews, prepare content, and support data review by confirming data correctness or addressing gaps.
  • Handle escalations, enable strategic initiatives, and occasionally present in leadership forums.
  • Drive team culture and health initiatives, partnering with HR for Diversity and Inclusion hiring and onboarding.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Rhythm of Business (ROB) support.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing data in Excel and PowerBI, preferably with experience in finances.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management working directly with stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple business rhythms and drive process improvements.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity; capable of strategic thinking and consultative engagement.
Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing candidates to work from anywhere within the domestic US. Suppliers are expected to provide a standard laptop for work. The typical work schedule is 40 hours per week with no overtime required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
