What You’ll Do
  • Act as an intermediary between business and IT teams, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring strategic and operational alignment
  • Collect, analyze, and document requirements related to fund processing, trade lifecycle, settlement, NAV calculation, reconciliations, and corporate actions
  • Support the design, implementation, and control of high-value, critical projects by developing management and monitoring plans that ensure deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met
  • Manage multiple projects, promoting transparency, risk control, and deviation mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with quality processes, drive continuous improvement, and guarantee excellence in project delivery
  • Monitor delivery progress, identify obstacles, and propose corrective actions to ensure all commitments are met
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, aligning expectations and fostering transparent collaboration
  • Apply established governance frameworks to ensure informed decision-making, change control, and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), prepare test cases, execute test cycles, and validate results with end users
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Over 6 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a strong focus on fund processing, asset management, or custody services
  • Proven experience managing critical, high-value projects, with expertise in methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum
  • Solid knowledge of the trade lifecycle, NAV calculation, custody processes, reconciliation, corporate actions, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, managing system integrations (APIs, data flows, batch processing)
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for validations and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of TOTVS/Dimensa SAC, JCOT, and regulatory reporting frameworks is desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
